Matt is quite the athlete and excels in all sports, I enjoyed watching his soccer games and can't wait to see his football game. Matt is an all around boy (with a soft side) except when he is tired...then LOOK OUT! :)

Stacey

No keeping this kid away from the action. The boys had climbed the fence to chase the dog and Stacey saw them and tried to climb the fence to get in with them. I hardly ever see her sit still and she loves to be around all the kids.

So we all went to Burning Heart 09, tent revival and it was a huge success and we had a great time. It was so awesome to see all the people come to the Lord and little Eli was so good the whole time. It is wonderful to see how faithful God is even when we aren't...

Cody

Cody has turned out to be such a nice boy, not that he wasn't a nice little boy either but he is turning into a kind, caring and just all around good kid. He is such a good athlete and I can't wait to go to his Jr. high school games and I will make a poster that says, "I (heart) Cody!" and I will hold it high up in the air and make that "woo-woo" sound! good times I tell ya!

Ty-licious

Ty the man! Ty just goes and goes and goes and goes and goes....Are you getting this? It is kinda funny to watch all the kids ride the 4-wheeler because no one and I mean no one wants to share. Everyone wants to be the driver and no one wants to ride on the back. I have actually watched 2 three year olds push each other off of the bike because they don't want to share and did I mention that I giggled a little bit??

Sweet Corbyn

Corbyn is such a good baby, we were over at Monte and Sarah's house and he didn't make a peep all night. Everytime you would look at him he would give you a ginormous smile. I am sure all that will change when he gets mobile but for now it is so nice.

Bod's first set of real wheels

I always know it is going to be a good thing when Ryan calls and says, "Look out your window" so we get the call to look out the window and there is Bodee on his new bike and he was so happy and proud to show off his new wheels! He was still learning how to navigate the whole 2 wheeled thing but he actually did pretty good and I am sure that he will be poppin' wheelies in no time! With a helmut no doubt.

Brave face

Well this was Maddi's first day of school and her first experience with the school bus. She was waiting at the curb for about 10 minutes and was very nervous but excited. The bus pulled up and I think it was a little intimidating to her because it was so much bigger than she expected but she was a trooper and got right on the bus and sat down. I think she jumped on the bus because I kept telling her that I was going to get on the bus with her and I think she was so embarassed that I might actually do it! Oh I would too....poor Jenny was sad that her baby was off to school....she will learn to love this free time, until Easton gets here anyway.

Dirty boyz

I love to watch boys play in the dirt, they dig holes and make things with sticks. They look for snakes and make mud pies. Give them a shovel and a spoon and they are happy for the rest of the day. I told them that if they dig far enough they will find the "candy" layer in the ground ... they didn't believe me either???

Maddi is all grown up

Maddi starts school on Monday, August 31st....she is all grown up now! We all know how Jen is about being organized and on time so we expect nothing less of her. She started buying Maddi's school clothes last year when they were on sale and I have to say she did a really good job and Maddi scored big time for her first year of all day "real" school.

Bodee or Bodette?

Ok, this cannot come as a suprise to any of you that I did this so let's clear that up and move on. Jenny was watching Bodee while Susie was at work and Maddi wanted me to come and see her new school clothes so I told Jenny that I would come over and see her clothes and then I could just take Bodee home with me after that. Well, Maddi was parading around in her new clothes as only a top fashion model can do!! and Bodee wanted in on some of the action ...... so the only thing we could do was dress him up and let him go!!! The funny thing about it is that he LIKED it....a lot!! Maddi was teaching him how to pose and he was totally into it. I think these will be great "blackmail" photos to use later on....he he

I forgot to add the information (duh) Welcome to the world .... on June 10, 2009 Elias Glen Peterson was born he weighed 6 lbs. and 9 oz. and was 18 inches long. He has tons of hair and is the answer to their prayers.....Welcome little one!!

Bodee's 1st big injury

Well every kid has one (or 50) in their little life and Bodee had his last saturday. The kids went camping....okay, this could have all been avoided if no one ever went camping! Reason number 124,547,00 NOT to go camping!! Like you need more than one? Okay back to the story.... Bodee and Ty were running around the campsite and being crazy (cuz they are boys!) and yep you guessed it....one of them was going in the fire pit and it was Bodee. Wendie being the ultra mom-warrior was on the spot and grabbed him out of the pit and treated his burn and then they went to the hospital where Bodee had 1st and 2nd degree burns on his arm. It is all good now and Bodee has a cool bandage and a lot of sympathy....

Birthday Dinner

We did a "two-fer" this year with Ashley and Christal. Ashley's b-day was May 20th and Christal's was May 26th and we took them to Chili's for their b-day dinner and then off to the park to open presents! They were both so cute and lovey and I really had a good time. I am so blessed to have such wonderful grandkids!!

Sarah, Ashley and Stacey

Sarah, Ashley and Stacey all had a good time too. Ashley is always a little shy but she kept up with all the kids. This is Stacey's 2nd Easter egg hunt and it was so funny because she would find a piece of candy and open it and start to eat it, she didn't care that there was candy galore on the lawn, she was just happy with what was in her mouth at that moment. In case anyone notices I don't have a picture of Christal at the egg hunt.....I have failed at this event this year and I am sorry Christal!!!! I love you....

Matt, Jo-Jo, and Benny

Matt, Jo-Jo and Benny were maniacs at the egg hunt!! Matt had scoped out a baseball bat way up in the tree before the egg hunt even started and when they counted to 3 he was off and running to the tree and guess what......he made it to the tree before anyone else!! (you thought I was going to say that he didn't make it huh!!!) Jo-Jo was right on his heels and they filled their buckets to the top. You can see that Benny had no problem holding his own on the 3 yr and under field too.

Taylor and Ty

Taylor and Ty came to the egg hunt and of course Taylor will always give me a good pose or two for the camera (which I always appreciate) and Ty is just so stinking cute and happy.....but what kid isn't happy when the lawn is covered in candy eggs?

Wendie and Corbyn

Well this is Corbyn's 1st Easter egg hunt and he slept through most of it but at least he was there. Wendie brought the kids but Doug and Cody were at Cody's baseball game and had to miss it.

Bodee

Bodee was at the Easter Egg Hunt and he was running around picking up all the pixie stix. I bet Ryan told him to do that!!!

Easter Egg Hunt

We had our annual Easter Egg Hunt at my work and it turned out really nice. All the kids had a blast and they got TONS of candy! Maddi was the only one from our family that entered the Easter bonnet contest and she won 3rd place....Go Maddi!!

what is it with these tesch's??

Look at the smiles....what is it with the Tesch kids and their smiles?? They are all cute as heck and I think it is hilarious that they all smile the same. Ty has a little more upper tooth smile and Bodee and Maddi have the lower toothy grin but you have to admit they smile with their whole faces! I sure love them teethy kids!!!

My Mom

My mom got a new car a few months ago, it is a 2008 black Toyota FJ cruiser, it is one hot car! or SUV'ish, Jeepish type vehicle. Anyway it is bad!! So we decided to "see what she could do" so we took off for Jackson Hole. We had a fun time and I took this picture of her at Bear Lake. We only had 2 days but we jammed every second of it and it was a blast. Hey Mom, remember the bunk beds? LOL!

Ridin' Dirty

A few days ago Ryan called and said, "Look out your window" so we went to the window and this is what we saw. It was so stinking cute....Ty and Bodee were driving down the street in Bodee's truck that he got for Christmas. Ty actually handled the truck really good and it was suprising to see how fast it went. I had to dodge them a couple of times (they thought that was pretty funny too!) Anyway it was so funny to watch them drive around and get stuck in the snow banks and the mud.

Welcome Corbyn

Corbyn Chris Tesch was born on January 23, 2009. He was 8 lbs. 6 oz. and had to stay in NICU for several days due to an infection. We are all so glad that he is home now!

What???

We went to the hospital to see Wendie and Corbyn and as we were all walking down to see him Doug thought that it would be funny to sit in Wendie's wheelchair. I have to admit that it was pretty funny.....Wendie, trust me you will think this is funny later.

Yee Haw Bodee

We stopped by Ryan and Susie's the other day because it was Susie's birthday (Happy Birthday!) and Bodee was running all over the place so I couldn't resist and who knew that I had a camera with me???

Birthday Girl

This was Maddi's 5th birthday and we went to the Olive Garden for her birthday dinner and she barely ate anything cuz she wanted to go to my work so that she could get her present. I think that I embarassed her because I told the waitress that it was her birthday and they all came over to the table and sang "Happy Birthday" to her and she was all shy and red faced....it was funny!

We went to Rooster's for Taylor's birthday and it was really fun and the food was fantastic. Tay just turned 8...where is all the time going?? She was so cute when she opened her presents because she LOVED everything and she was so kind about every item she opened. I wish they would just stay little.

Brandon and Kara

I took some pictures a few months ago of Brandon and Kara and I couldn't find them but as I was cleaning out some boxes I found some CD's that I must have put in there and I found a bunch of photos that I can now post! It reminded me of how cool it is when you put on your winter coat and find money...yipee!!

I went out to Coco's the other day and Elli was cleaning her room and she stopped long enough that I could take a picture of her. She had to okay which one I could put on my blog.

Maddi's birthday!!

Maddi turned 5!! I can't believe how old she is getting. We always take the grandkids out for dinner on their birthday to make it special just for them. Maddi loved her life size Barbie and she dresses it in all her clothes and I am sure she bosses her all over the place.

Okay this is all of us....minus Benny who was in the house just waking up from a nap and not one bit happy about his dragon costume....I think I picked out leaves from my hair for a week after letting everyone pile them on my head.
